  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions and seller ratings before making a purchase.
  • Buyers may make offers on listings, but the seller has the right to accept or decline the offer.
  • If a buyer's offer is accepted, they must pay the agreed-upon price within 72 hours or risk losing the item to another buyer.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring timely receipt of purchases.
  • If a buyer has an issue with a purchase, they should reach out to the seller first to resolve the issue.
  • If the seller is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue, the buyer may contact complaints@fetchtcg.com after 72 hours for further assistance.

Sellers

  • Sellers must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to sell the items listed on the platform.
  • Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their items and providing clear photos when required.
  • Sellers may accept or decline offers made by buyers, and must respond to offers within 24 hours.
  • If a seller accepts an offer, they must provide the item to the buyer in a timely manner and in the condition described.
  • Sellers are responsible for shipping the item to the buyer and providing tracking information.
  • If a seller has an issue with a buyer, they should attempt to resolve the issue with the buyer directly.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, the seller may contact complaints@fetchtcg.com for assistance.
  • Sellers must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of their items.

Disputes

  • In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, both parties should attempt to resolve the issue directly.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours, either party may contact complaints@fetchtcg.com for further assistance.
  • Complaints will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our team will work to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
